Yoga Stretches


Here's our current class & service offerings:


  • Yin Yoga - Consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. Use of props -blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets.

  • VinYin Yoga – a combination of Vinyasa yoga (dynamic movements) and Yin yoga (holding stretches for an extended period of time to get deep into the ligaments, tendons, joint capsules and fascia).  A nice mix of movement with stretching.


  • Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga, Thai Bodywork is focused on improving the flow of energy throughout your body. You lie fully clothed on a mat on futon on the ground while a practitioner uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation.

This program is designed to help individuals of all ages improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being through gentle and effective passive stretching techniques with an emphasis on hamstrings, hips & spine.  Perfect for - 

  • Athletes looking to improve their mobility and flexibility,

  • Older clientele who are feeling the signs of aging catching up with them but still want to get out and about whether it's travel, playing with their grandkids or just living life

  • Working through injuries where you may have lost some mobility or flexibility
